If just 5 minutes micro-breaks could boost energy, improve focus and reduce the risk of exhaustion, bad mood and burnout symptoms by up to 50%, would you try it?

Happiness Reminders at Work is a practical, science-based and art-inspired program designed to help individuals and teams increase engagement and feel better at work every day.

Because high-performing teams don’t work harder. They work wiser, knowing how to pause, reset and reconnect with each other and with their mission.

Why it works?

Research shows that short, intentional breaks can:

✔ reduce fatigue by up to 50% and help maintain long-term focus*

✔ prevent stress accumulation and have a regenerative effect on the brain**

✔ increase energy, mood and engagement: 64% of people who take short breaks score above average in vitality and energy***

✔ improve productivity: 75% of those who take a 5-minute break every 20 min. complete more tasks than those who work without breaks****

“A fantastic workshop that offers different techniques from dance, performance art, and acting to influence your mindset. I attended with other psychology students, and we can confirm it was very beneficial.”
Risa Mano (photographer & psychology student @ SRH Berlin)

“Adriana’s workshops have always been an opportunity for joy, relaxed play, exploration of the body and its limits, intimacy, and community. Her practices help you breathe fully and release the imagination of your inner child.”
Luiza Alecsandru (cultural manager & journalist)

“For me, Anatomy of Happiness is about connection, self-care, self-love, loving your natural beauty and embrace of the universe.”
Bianca Grosu (psychotherapist)

“Thank you so much for your workshop! I must say the real impact came a bit later. I had been feeling exhausted, tired, and sad for weeks… After your workshop, I felt full of energy, vitality, happy and hopeful. This lasted intensely for a few days, then transformed into a ‘normal’ but positive state.”
Ida von Holtum (psychology student @ SRH Berlin)

“I wholeheartedly recommend Adriana’s relaxation and strength practices… She creates a beautiful balance between presence, observation, wonder, action, and expansion, with a contagious enthusiasm that awakens you after a long day. I especially appreciated her relaxation techniques, which helped me rest and recharge and made me feel fully supported.”
Oana Toderică (art-based personal development counselor / visual arts teacher)

HAPPINESS REMINDERS AT WORK

developed from The Game of Happiness Reminders and the Anatomy of Happiness workshops which I have facilitated over the past years both online and in person in Berlin (Studio 2 – International Theatre Institute) and Sibiu.

It is the result of over 20 years of practice and research at the intersection of:

  • Eastern and Western theatrical forms

  • Contemporary dance and improvisation

  • Visual arts

  • Philosophy and applied cognitive sciences

Born from a passion for research and practical solutions for resilience through art, this game-workshop is both a practical and refined method, combining science and art to generate more clarity, energy and joy right within the work routine.
